Kirsti’s Story
From an early age, I’ve always had a love for movement
In my early twenties, I learned firsthand the importance of an integrated, individualized health program. I competed as an athlete on American Ninja Warrior, and I was working 60 to 70 hours a week. Running on empty—literally and figuratively—I soon hit rock bottom and burned out. Struggling with G.I. issues, self-confidence, worthiness, depression, anxiety, mental fog, codependency, and physical aches and pains, I turned my focus inward to begin unpacking the underlying causes of my discomfort.
Through my studies with the world-renowned CHEK Institute, I began a deep healing journey that originated from within. I recognized my lifestyle choices, habitual behaviors and belief patterns that were holding me back from reaching my true potential. I was able to see the common thread woven into these patterns, gaining a deeper understanding of the importance of balance and integration between my mental, emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual health.
Initially, I focused on being a personal trainer, helping my clients drop pounds and lose inches. As I began to recognize that health is more than movement, I sharpened my focus on becoming a holistic health practitioner, incorporating my own personal experiences and holistic health studies.
Today, I’m continuing to share my passion for integrated health, living by example and integrating these principles into my day-to-day life. I continue to work with world-renowned coaches and mentors in health, wellness and spirituality to further my studies and share my knowledge with clients.
I offer one-on-one sessions, & transformative group coaching. I live in San Diego, California, and enjoy spending my days studying, embodying self-care practices, podcasting, spending time with my beautiful partners & sharing my life through transformative coaching.

Mickel’s Story
Physical movement has always been a part of my life.
At a young age, I found movement helpful, not just for my body, but for my mind. While playing sports or working out, I could get into a zone and process life differently. However, it wasn't until I was unhealthy that I understood the depth of what my younger self was teaching me.
In my 20s, I learned what I was taught about fitness and health was not true. By taking on a full-time service technician job and being overweight, full of aches and pain, loads of anger, GI issues, and food intolerances, I learned something needed to change.
It took having a falling out with my wife, weighing 252lb, and chronic pain in my ankles, knees, shoulders, hips, back, and almost everywhere before I took responsibility for my health and life in a new way.
This is when I chose to start studying and implementing the principles of the CHEK Institute and focused on the six foundational principles of Health. Breath, Movement, Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep, Mindset. Once I started implementing these principles and diving deep into my inner world, I started healing.
Reflecting on my transformation, I realized I wanted to coach, and my coaching journey began in 2018. First, I started teaching group classes the fundamental principles of health, how to work with your mindset, and coaching on obstacle training—eventually transitioning this style of coaching into one-on-one and group training.
I am currently continuing my studies through the CHEK Insitute and working closely with my mentor Paul Chek. I offer one-on-one and family sessions & transformative group coaching. I live in San Diego and spend time with my beautiful wife after rebuilding our relationship, coaching, exploring or sitting in nature, building model cars, and hanging out with my community.

The extensive hands-on training and pre-requites teach CHEK Practitioners to look at health from an individualized approach. Through in-depth assessments of the client, CHEK Practitioners look at physiological load, lifestyle imbalances, posture deficiencies, and overall well-being.
*Advanced Swiss Ball Training for Rehabilitation
Advanced Swiss Ball Training for Rehabilitation teaches the Practitioner science of biomechanics and kinesiology to advanced assessments and functional training techniques using the Swiss ball. The Practitioner learns how to identify postural problems and instabilities using Swiss ball assessments. From this the Practitioner is able to develop these assessments into corrective exercises, with appropriate modifications for the condition and training level of their client.

Usui Reiki Master
Reiki is a non-intrusive hands-on energy healing. It is a holistic approach to harmonize the mind-body and soul. Through teachings and attunements from a Reiki Master, each student becomes attuned to Reiki's energy.
